Job Description:

As a Store Manager at HTeaO in Canyon, TX, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations. This includes managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and achieving sales targets. You will report directly to the regional supervisor and play a crucial role in maintaining the brand's high standards. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the store team.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, financial reporting, and compliance with company policies.
• Customer Service: Ensure a superior customer experience by maintaining high service standards.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop store staff to create a motivated and efficient team.
• Sales and Marketing: Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant Manager, preferably in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
• Skills: 
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency with basic computer and point-of-sale systems.
